Job Summary
The Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education, in conjunction with the Office of Budget & Planning Institutional Research group, is seeking an Assessment and Evaluation Specialist to support student success initiatives. These initiatives depend on data analysis and assessment to inform decisions about policies and practices that impact equitable student success as well as highlighting issues that warrant attention. This work is guided and informed by a steering committee, which is chaired by the Provost and which includes senior leadership from the Provost Office. The goal is to devise data-driven and evidence-based initiatives to promote student success and close equity and opportunity gaps in our 4 and 6-year graduation rates. This position will work primarily on creating a multiyear, multidimensional plan to assess the goals and outcomes of these initiatives. This is a two-year term-limited appointment with the possibility of renewal contingent on continued funding, your satisfactory performance and conduct, and the availability of work. This position will report to the Associate Director of Institutional Research.
This position will be hybrid and will have a shared campus workspace at the Ann Arbor, MI campus location.
