Overview

Join our team of highly-skilled HR Business Partners at Carmel, Fishers, and West Hospitals where your partnership can make an impact in the lives of children in Indiana. We are looking for an experience HR business Partner with experience working in a highly matrixed environment, strong work ethic, and positive team player.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in employee relations minimum 3+ years.
  • Experience with conflict negotiations/crucial conversations and managing conflict.
  • Experience navigating matrixed environments.
  • Prefer someone who comes from an environment of 3,000+employees (larger-scaled employer).
  • Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated employee engagement success with metric improvement.
  • Someone who has worked in a business partner model is highly preferred.
  • Leadership development training and knowledge.
  • Compensation/learning and development- deep generalist experience.
  • Experience presenting education and training.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to change.
  • Team player/ work ethic and motivation to the mission of riley is important to me and the team.

Partners with customers to successfully execute business objectives. Manages talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, career coaching and development, and basic compensation and benefits processes. Performs workforce planning analysis to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and being executed effectively, coaches and assists leaders in selecting the best talent, assists leaders in addressing employee relations and performance issues, and takes the lead on implementing system wide HR projects or initiatives such as annual performance reviews, employee engagement, and succession planning. Works independently and provides guidance to less experienced team members.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Administration, related field, or equivalent years of experience is required.
  • Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience. Previous Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
  • Requires experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions.
  • Requires knowledge and basic understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. ; FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
  • Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
