The Dulles Area Association of REALTORS® (DAAR) seeks an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and manage all aspects of the Association’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and exceptional communication skills. Serving 1000+ members in northern Virginia, the CEO will guide the organization with a focus on excellence and innovation.

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Proven ability to inspire and align staff, volunteers, and members with DAAR’s strategic goals.
• Outstanding communication and public speaking skills to enhance DAAR’s visibility and relationships in the community.
• Demonstrated success in leading a diverse team of volunteers and professional staff to achieve organizational objectives.
• Financial expertise, including budget oversight, safeguarding fiscal health, and cultivating diverse revenue streams.
• Commitment to fostering local, state, and national partnerships to enhance DAAR’s influence.
• At least 2–3 years of association management or related experience with demonstrated organizational growth and leadership.
• Preferred but not required: RCE and/or CAE designations.
• Travel is required throughout the year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
