We are seeking students who are or will be enrolled during the 2025 Winter semester at UM-Flint and who participate in the King-Chavez-Parks (KCP 4S) program.

Job Summary

We are looking for a student employee who is ready to join an exciting initiative that provides educational opportunities to students at the University of Michigan-Flint.  If that sounds like you, we welcome your application to join the King-Chavez-Parks community as a Student Team Leader.

Responsibilities*

This is a grant-funded position. This position is term limited and will start with a one-semester term with the option for renewal.  Student team members may be asked to perform the following tasks.

Outreach

Data and Assessment

Peer Mentoring

Modes of Work

Onsite
The work requires, or the supervisor approves a fully onsite presence.  Onsite is defined as a designated U-M owned or leased work location within or outside of the State of Michigan

Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Learn more about the work modes.
