Job Summary:
MHANV is seeking an experienced, results-driven Corporate Fundraiser to join our development team. This full-time, remote position is designed for a seasoned professional with a strong track record in corporate fundraising and relationship management. The Corporate Fundraiser will play a key role in expanding our corporate partnerships and securing funding to support MHANV’s mission. This position offers the opportunity to work with a passionate team and make a significant difference in the mental health landscape of Nevada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate fundraising strategy to secure new partnerships and expand existing relationships with corporations and businesses.
- Identify, cultivate, and solicit corporate sponsors, ensuring they are aligned with MHANV's mission and goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate decision-makers, providing exceptional stewardship and support.
- Create tailored proposals, sponsorship packages, and impact reports that highlight the benefits and outcomes of supporting MHANV’s programs.
- Set and meet strict fundraising goals, ensuring regular tracking of progress against targets and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create engaging promotional materials for corporate partners.
- Plan and manage corporate events, recognition programs, and other activities that engage corporate donors and increase visibility for MHANV.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify potential opportunities for new corporate partnerships.
- Report regularly to the Director of Development on fundraising progress, opportunities, and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate fundraising or business development, preferably within a non-profit or similar setting.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding corporate fundraising goals.
- Strong knowledge of corporate sponsorship strategies, donor stewardship, and fundraising best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level corporate executives and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems and donor management tools (Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, or similar platforms).
- Passion for mental health advocacy and commitment to the mission of Mental Health America of Nevada.
- Additional Information:
- This position is fully remote, with preference for candidates based in Nevada.
- The position comes with a structured and performance-based compensation package, including base salary and potential for performance bonuses tied to fundraising achievements.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $57,688.00 - $66,973.00 per year
