We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Content Writer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for researching, writing, and editing various types of content, such as SEO-optimized blog posts, newsworthy articles, newsletter blogs, longer-format guides and white papers, social media posts, event and conference presentations, and more. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented collaborator and adept researcher who is passionate about researching, writing, and creating content for blogs, newsworthy articles, white papers/guides, social media, event and conference presentations, including webinars, news releases, videos, and more. As a Content Writer, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand's presence and driving organic traffic through SEO-optimized content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, write, and edit various types of content, such as SEO-optimized blog posts, newsworthy articles, newsletter blogs, longer-format guides and white papers, social media posts, event and conference presentations, and more
  • Ensure our content is optimized for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic
  • Analyze buyer-persona demographics, preferences, and behaviors to tailor content effectively
  • Get and stay up to date with broader resilience industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy
  • Maintain knowledge of modern trends and best practices regarding business writing and B2B content marketing and apply that knowledge in your work including suggestions for improvement
  • Effectively engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and work independently and collaboratively with other team members around the business, as well as work with other team members to ensure content aligns with branding and marketing initiatives
  • Maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of content writing experience in a corporate marketing setting, preferably in B2B
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Writing, or a related field preferred
  • Demonstrated content writing experience in a corporate marketing environment (preferably in Software or Technology), with a portfolio to demonstrate writing competency
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and research skills
  • Ability to construct story narratives and bring them to life for a B2B audience
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams to source, develop, and execute ideas based on multiple inputs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese preferred
  • Desire to do work that makes a difference, supporting Noggin's mission to help communities and organizations manage disruption, smarter
  • A flexible, team-first collaborator who is willing to both give and receive constructive feedback
  • A goal-oriented individual who approaches projects with a positive, inquisitive mindset

The base salary range for this role is $80,000-90,000 per year.
