Class schedules are generally offered during business hours but may also be delivered in the evenings or on weekends.Current Opportunity - daytime assignment - ESL for local employers.
ESL instructors are needed for workforce development and customized training programs.
Instructors will create and teach courses for beginner and intermediate ESL learners to develop communication and grammar skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Workshop schedules primarily take place during weekday business hours in person at the college or a client's business location.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work with a diverse student population.
- Strong organizational, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual/multi-lingual skills are a plus.
- At least 3+ years experience teaching adult learners or in a corporate training capacity.
- At least 3+ years experience of professional work experience or volunteer experience in the subject matter.
- A Bachelor's or higher degree in the subject area or related field is preferred. Professional designations/certifications appropriate to the content being taught will be considered in place of the degree. Other combinations of education/experience along with professional designations or certifications may be considered.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 10 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
