Posting Summary
The position will conduct state-of-the-art epigenomics and single cell assays using mouse genetic or organoid models to investigate gene regulatory mechanisms related to intestinal health including diet, nutrition, inflammation, regeneration, stem cell biology, and colon cancer. Duties will include mouse genetics models, organoid models, epigenomic and single cell omic data generation. Data analysis, manuscript writing and presentation will be required.
