Family Health Centers of San Diego is hiring an OB/GYN to join our team! With over 20+ clinics throughout San Diego County, this position may be available in your local community.
Job Details:
- Full time schedule comprised of clinic time, OR time and hospital call
- Part time options available
- Underserved patient population
- Time teaching and mentoring Residents available
- Cohesive team of 15+ OB/GYNs on staff doing 200+ deliveries per month
- 50/50 split of OB and Gyn (Can be flexible)
- Protected surgical days
- All post call days off
- Guaranteed work/life balance with a minimum of 2 weekends off per month
Requirements:
- Board eligible and/or Board certified
- Experience with underserved, low-income persons, or homeless persons preferred
- Current American Heart Association healthcare provider CPR (BLS), or Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, or Advance Resuscitation Training.
- DEA license
- Graduate from an accredited school of medicine.
- Must possess (or be able to obtain) current unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
- Second language fluency in Spanish a plus

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base range for this position, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.
$308,000 - $368,000If you are hired at Family Health Centers of San Diego, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, jurisdictional requirements, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to these factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
