Position Summary/Purpose of Position:

This position will provide administrative support to the faculty, staff and students for Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering. This is a very fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Administrative assistance: word processing, filing, scanning, copying, scheduling of meetings, coordination of events, preparation and processing of various forms, other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a current University of Maryland College Park undergraduate student.
  • Good oral and written communication skills required
  • Great customer service and organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Ability to work independently
  • Professional appearance and attitude

Additional Information:

Hours: Office hours are between 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
