About the Role:
Deploys and maintains the end user computing environment. Monitors help desk ticketing system and resolves assigned issues. Build new hire PCs, mobile devices, and resolve cloud-based issues. Escalates more complex issues to more senior level technicians or other IT teams to resolve and close the tickets. May also include supporting the Audio Visual (AV) and associated IT services for the Company such as ensuring that all AV requirements requested by internal customers are met and providing AV/IT technical assistance to the customer as required._
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, phones, mobile devices, and printers
Setup new hire systems and equipment
Support business applications
Monitor and maintain cloud applications including Office 365
Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Provide technical support across the company (in person or over the phone)
Unlock network accounts
Notate all work in service-now ticketing system
Repair and replace equipment as necessary
Participate in testing new technology
Other duties as required
May also include AV Support:
Under direct supervision, this individual works on assignments that may be complex in nature where technical know-how and initiative are required to resolve problems. May provide input to recommendations in providing AV and associated IT (information technology) support to all levels of the company
Provide support for conference room setup, audio/video conferencing, and other audio/visual and associated IT related tasks as necessary
Perform scheduled maintenance of all audio-visual equipment including software and firmware updates including built in personal computer devices
Conduct consistent, frequent inspection of all conference rooms to ensure they are in good working order for daily scheduled meetings
Maintain and document inventory of software, supplies, and equipment
Maintain and validate all AV cabling (standardize and label each connection) and associated IT equipment
Interact with outside vendors to obtain warranty repairs and technical support
Assist in setting up equipment for special events as needed
High School Diploma / Associates degree and 2+ years of related experience as an IT support specialist or other technical role
MCP certified preferred
Uses established skills to perform a range of daily operations
Applies understanding of company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks
Understands how own area contributes to the achievement of objectives
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Proficient oral and written communication skills
Ability to take direction
Ability to work well individually as well as with a team
Understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 operating system
Working knowledge and support of cloud applications including Office 365
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
Ability to analyze technical data and troubleshoot routine to complex / diverse issues, and communicate with others to resolve quickly.
May also include:
A working knowledge of audio visual equipment, computer hardware, software and networking technologies, including, but not limited to, microphones, speakers, conference phones, video conferencing codecs/cameras, displays (projectors, TV's, monitors, tablets), recording/streaming equipment, audio amplifiers and mixing boards

The hourly rate we reasonably expect to pay is $22.96-$33.28. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 15% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
