Job Summary:
CAMP Systems is seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager in our San Diego, CA office. This individual will be a self-driven, self-managed, and motivated person. The RSM position is a key role in the organization and will report directly to the VP of Sales. This position offers salary plus commission.

Responsibilities:


* Management of Named Accounts in World-Wide Territory including regions in the US and Europe
* Individual contribution
* Develop and qualify prospects using specific sales methodology
* Sell software licenses and services
* Lead and Opportunity generation through qualification procedure
* Coordinate activities with Inside Sales team
* Maintain database of contacts/leads using company CRM (Salesforce.com)
* Research & Profile accounts
* Gather information and Report on pipeline activity
* Manage customer accounts for the purpose of selling additional software
* Pursue new sales opportunities within customer base
* Support of Marketing activities
* Attend Global Trade Shows
* Expected Travel - Moderate to High. Assumes 12-20 on-site customer meetings per year.
* Support and mentor the Sales team

Requirements:


* 5+ Years selling software or aviation sales experience
* Bachelor's degree
* Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
Nice to haves:
* Aviation industry experience in sales
* Salesforce experience
* SaaS experience
* Negotiating skills
* Formal Sales Training program/certification

Compensation: $ 75,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD per year - dependent on experience + commission and benefits
