Job Summary
The Department of Neurology at University of Michigan has a position available for a statistician. We are seeking individuals who have had experience in designing, participating and leading studies in health services research using epidemiologic and bio-statistical methodology. Candidates will actively collaborate on established projects with the team and other clinical collaborators within the school and other institutes, depending on project needs. This position provides the opportunity to become part of a large, interdisciplinary research team along with ample opportunities for career advancement, including co-authoring or leading papers and acquiring additional job-related training. We are looking for an ambitious, talented and self-motivated individual with an interest in leveraging our research interests.

Background Screening
Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings. Background screenings are performed in compliance with the Fair Credit Report Act. Pre-employment drug testing applies to all selected candidates, including new or additional faculty and staff appointments, as well as transfers from other U-M campuses.
