BioLegend (a division of Revvity, Inc.) is looking for a MS Dynamics 365 Implementation Project Manager to oversee, execute and manage a large-scale ERP replacement project. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a seasoned leader capable of managing complex projects, driving cross-functional teams, and ensuring a successful end-to-end implementation of a Dynamics 365 ERP solution in a validated life sciences environment. This role demands a results-driven individual with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in delivering ERP projects within scope, on time, and within budget. This is a unique opportunity to lead and influence the successful outcome of this exciting implementation project.

**This is a full-time position based out of our San Diego office. A hybrid working arrangement may be possible, if and as applicable.

Essential Functions

  • In close partnership with the BioLegend IT Director, the BioLegend Enterprise Systems Manager and the implementation services provider, manage a comprehensive implementation project plan, related timelines and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with all BioLegend team members and key stakeholders to analyze requirements, continuously clarify project scope, manage configuration and establish clear deliverables and milestones.
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including implementation services consultants, BioLegend development/configuration resources, business process owners, functional subject matter experts and other key stakeholders, to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
  • Act as a liaison between technical, business and vendor teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and progress.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, prepare progress reports, and present updates to IT Director, key stakeholders, project working committee and project steering committee members.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies throughout the ERP implementation process.
  • Manage change requests, scope changes, and project documentation while maintaining a focus on project objectives and timelines.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.

Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in program/project management, or system implementation leadership.

Preferred Qualifications - Education and Experience

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in program/project management, specifically overseeing Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.
  • Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP modules, functionalities, and implementation methodologies. in a validated life sciences environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing complex ERP projects or other digital transformation projects, delivering them within scope, on time, and within budget.
  • Experience implementing ERPs in a process manufacturing environment coupled with a working knowledge of standard eQMS software processes.
  • Good working knowledge of typical ERP modules, functionalities, and implementation methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Experience with software validation processes in a life sciences ISO 13485 environment.
  • Experience working with diverse teams across different geographical locations.
  • Knowledge of integration strategies with other systems and applications.
  • Experience in change management and user adoption strategies during large scale ERP implementations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000-$190,000/year. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
