Position: Mid-Plains Community College is accepting applications for an Institutional Advancement Office Assistant. Responsibilities include maintenance of the donor and alumni database, preparation of donor and alumni letters, pledge reminders, and foundation board documents, coordinating donor and scholarship files, answer alumni and donor phone calls and inquiries. This position is an integral member of the Institutional Advancement Office, and it includes grants.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree and three years of relevant experience are preferred. Must be able to work independently and proficient in Microsoft Office software. Previous non-profit experience and the ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful. The ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful.
