Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is hiring for a Chief Administrative Officer to add to our dynamic, mission driven, Executive Team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as part of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada (BGCSNV) Executive Team, the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) provides vision and leadership over the organization’s administrative functions, human capital management (HR), facilities, information technology (IT), and administration of the Organizational and BGCSNV Foundation Boards of Directors. The CAO ensures compliance and administrative controls, maintains appropriate people systems, manages upkeep of physical facilities, and maintains business and administrative records.
 
The best candidate will have at least a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a field such as non-profit administration, business administration, human resources, or public administration along with at least five years of senior management or executive level experience in a related field.

Compensation starts at $110,000 annually but may qualify for a higher starting salary dependent on the best candidates skills and experience. Eligible for full-time benefits after the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance, 401(k), Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off and Employee Assistance Program. Employment with BGCSNV may qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
