Job Description
The Director of K-12 Partnerships leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of K-
12 partnerships and programs, including middle college programs, concurrent, dual enrollment
programs, and the campus-based GRPS Learning Center. The Director also engages and works
with regional K-12 leadership to develop increased access to college programming, credit
completion, matriculation to GRCC, and access and completion within high-demand certificate
and degree programs for high school students.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage the day-to-day operations of GRCC’s middle college, concurrent enrollment, and dual enrollment programs
- Provide enrollment management for all early college programs including, but not limited to, marketing, recruitment, student orientation and onboarding, as well as contractual and billing processes and agreements with partner institutions. This includes the development of both short- and long-term enrollment goals and expansion plans
- Develop and execute annual budget and monitors expenditures to ensure fiscal accountability and compliance, as well as coordinate space, technology, equipment, and other supply needs for early college programs
- Serve as an operational liaison between GRCC faculty and staff, community members, and K-12 and other partner organizations including state and national organizations
- Coordinate all necessary college processes in conjunction with department chairs and academic dean offices in the assignment and support for faculty providing instruction within the early college program
- Demonstrate a commitment to fostering inclusive learning and work environments by creating equitable opportunities and supporting students, faculty, and staff from diverse backgrounds.
- Meet regularly with district and high school personnel, as well as GRCC and community stakeholders, to advance continuation and expansion of early college programs
- Persons in this role are identified as a Campus Security Authority (CSA). CSA's will be trained and responsible for reporting Clery Reportable Crimes to Campus Police as required by the Clery Act.
- Regular attendance during normal scheduled hours is required. Being present is
- essential for serving customers and performing the essential functions of this position.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education Credentials
- Bachelor's Degree in an educationally related field from an accredited institution
- required, Masters Degree preferred.
Work Experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing early college programs or a minimum of 2 years combined experience serving college and high school students through college readiness, early college, or similar programs required.
- Demonstrated experience using data and stakeholder participation and input to develop, implement, and evaluate partnerships and programs that increase student access to and achievement in higher education preferred.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience including hiring, training and evaluating staff preferred.

Physical Demands
- Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to off-site meetings, activities, and events.
