Job Description
Cuningham is seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that support our growth goals and strategic priorities. In this role, you'll oversee the entire marketing journey-from awareness to engagement and client selection-ensuring all efforts are cohesive and impactful. You'll lead the creation of an annual marketing plan and asset strategy, collaborate closely with Business Development and Communications teams, and leverage data to position Cuningham as a competitive force in the architecture and design industry. What you will do:- Lead development and execution of Cuningham's annual marketing plan inclusive of the marketing budget.
- Lead the development and execution of Cuningham's marketing asset strategy and asset management platform ensuring that marketing positioning and pursuit materials are compelling content, provide accurate data, and aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate with Business Development Strategists, Communications team and studio leadership to address the needs and interests of Cuningham's target audiences.
- Leverage all marketing assets (graphics, written, etc.), developing new content as needed to position Cuningham competitively in all relevant markets.
- Lead development and execution of Marketing's data capture and management strategy.
- Lead digital content development and deployment strategies in support of Cuningham's visibility priorities in coordination with end-to-end marketing platforms.
- Identify potential market lags and recommend strategies to pivot to meet changing demands.
- Responsible for the management and improvement of processes and tools that facilitate marketing workflows.
- Research, develop and manage an AI integration strategy for facilitating the production and management of marketing positioning and pursuit materials.
- Maintain awareness of current trends and developments in marketing practices and the A+D industry.
- Manage and promote the implementation of new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of Marketing's processes, tools and services.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing team.
- Support recruiting process.
- Adopt and proficiently use: MS Office, Deltek Vantagepoint, Open Asset, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, Ceros, Miro, Flowcode, Hub Spot (or other)
- 10+ years of professional marketing experience with 4 + years of that being Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) experience.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field, or commensurate experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite required.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Deltek Vantagepoint (CRM), preferred.
- Coaches managers and leaders on how to effectively communicate feedback clearly and with empathy.
- Ensures that the time available for collaboration adds significant client value, project progress and overall business results.
Compensation provided is based on our national range which varies by work location and may also depend on accreditation, experience and responsibilities. Our talent management team can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.
