The Recruiting Coordinator ensures a high quality global interview experience. This includes communications to executives, hiring managers, interview team members and candidates. Collaborates with recruiters and managers to optimize the hiring processes and the new employee onboarding experience. Owns maintenance and improving our applicant tracking system, global monthly recruiting newsletter and other projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Create an exceptional experience for all candidates throughout the entire interview process; onsite, offsite and virtually
  • Own every aspect of the interview process and help find opportunities for improving process efficiencies across the team
  • Schedule screens, interviews and debriefs; as well as other recruiting related meetings
  • Manage and coordinate all candidate travel and reimbursements
  • Communicate all logistics to candidates, recruiters and interview teams
  • Facilitate onsite and virtual interviews and ensure that schedules are being kept and the team is on time
  • Maintain Lever (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure data integrity and candidate continuity
  • Weekly data and metrics reporting on interviewing and recruitment activity
  • Coordinate other recruiting activities and events
  • Project management and organization
  • Source passive candidates as needed
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of confirmed experience working in a fast paced and detail oriented role
  • Proven customer service skills and experience working with senior leaders and executive assistants
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks
  • Passionate about candidate experience

Promethean complies with all applicable laws related to COVID-19 including any vaccination or COVID-19 testing mandates. Additionally, if, at any time, the role requires in-person interaction with other Promethean employees or in-person interactions with customers that require its vendors to be vaccinated, then the applicant must be vaccinated with the Covid-19 vaccine at least 2 weeks prior to your first day of employment.
Salary Range: $58,000 - $75,000 + Bonus Eligible

For business reasons, Promethean does not employ individuals who work remotely in San Francisco, San Jose or Oakland.
