Job Description

*Description:*
This role will provide data, analytics, and research support to the Employee Listening team within the PART (People, Analytics, Research, Technology) organization. In this role, individuals have the opportunity to contribute to research and data analysis about our employees in order to help leaders make more data-informed and strategic decisions about how to improve the employee experience. You will work closely with qualitative and quantitative data sources to produce reports, analyses, and insights for multiple stakeholders throughout HR, including an executive audience. Work and Projects: Structure and manage the execution of complex analyses using a variety of qualitative and quantitative data sources in Excel, R, and Python. Lead the production of weekly and monthly company-wide reports for C-suite audiences to provide people data insights. Partner with HR staff in a variety of departments e.g., Hiring, DEI - Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Career Development) to understand key business questions and design analyses (statistical and descriptive) to answer these questions. Present data insights to stakeholders in meaningful and actionable ways. Manage work and contributions across multiple customers and stakeholders. Work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment.
*Skills:*
+2 years of experience conducting research or analytics within a large organization. Proficiency in R, Python, and Excel. Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and good verbal/written communication skills. Ability to work 40 hours per week. Experience in Google Slides, docs, and sheets preferred. Graduate degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, People Analytics, Data Science, or other analytical fields; MA or Ph.D. preferred.
