About the Team
The Technical Project Management team at Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) turns strategic leadership vision into actionable plans, working with cross-functional technical teams to bring these ideas to life.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with project sponsors to understand business cases and complete project initiation documents.
  • Present project proposals to leadership for approval.
  • Coordinate project teams, break down tasks, manage scheduling, and keep the team organized and on track.
  • Provide regular status updates on project progress.

What We're Looking For

  • Expected graduation by Spring 2026, pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Systems with a focus or interest in business management.
  • Basic knowledge of IT concepts, including network, storage, cloud, and information security.
  • Self-motivated and takes ownership of work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and work with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity, bringing structure and clarity to complex challenges with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Customer-first mindset.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Available for full-time work for either May 19th - August 8th or June 16th - September 5th, 2025.
  • Open to U.S. citizens and international students on an F-1 visa.
  • Able to commit to the full 12-week internship duration.

Our intern positions offer a fixed hourly pay rate. Please note that the pay rate is exclusive to the internship period and may not reflect what pay may look like following the completion of an internship.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

Intern Pay Range
$36.50$36.50 USD
