Minimum Qualifications:

LMSW/LCSW plus paid administrative/supervisory experience

General Duties:

  • Responsible to the Director of Programs for the administration and
  • supervision of the Community Guardian Program
  • Supervises, trains and evaluates the Assistant Program Director, Director of
  • Accounting, Senior Specialist Supervisor, Supervising Attorney/Attorney
  • and Administrative Assistant
  • Provides direct and indirect supervision to staff of 50+, including guidance
  • on complicated cases
  • Develops and ensures the implementation of the program’s policies and
  • procedures
  • Establishes and monitors quality control and accountability mechanisms
  • Assists in the recruitment and hiring of staff through outreach, advertising and interviewing
  • Plans and implements programmatic outreach, maintains existing and
  • establishes new linkages with community-based organizations, institutions,
  • etc.
  • Identifies staff training needs, develops and ensures ongoing
  • implementation of appropriate staff training
  • Serves as liaison with law firms to ensure appropriate legal services for
  • clients, including discharges, investigative and litigation proceedings, etc.
  • Serves as agency representative with Adult Protective Services, elected
  • officials and other external entities
  • Reviews all client Annual Accountings, Final Accountings, service plans,
  • psychiatric and other reports
  • Program planning and development
  • Ensures program compliance with Article 81 guidelines and HRA/APS
  • contract requirements
  • Crisis Intervention - On Call

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $112,731.00 per year
