Job Summary
Reporting to the University of Michigan School of Public Health (SPH) Director of Strategic Initiatives, the Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator manages administrative activities of the Future Public Health Leaders Program (FPHLP), a competitive summer immersion program funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that introduces underrepresented students to the disciplines of public health.
This position is term-limited and grant-supported through 9/28/2027, with potential for extension if the grant is renewed. The compensation includes a salary range of $49,000 - $56,000 .

The position will be based in the Department of Health Behavior and Health Equity (HBHE) at the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Modes of Work
Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Learn more about the work modes.
In this hybrid position, you'll work 2-3 days onsite weekly during the academic year (September to April) and 5 days onsite per week during the summer (May to August). You'll travel to on-and off-campus locations and work occasional evenings and weekends.
