Maintain, repair, and install plumbing systems and associated equipment/fixtures, including cutting, threading, assembling, and installing pipe; connecting valves, caulking joints, and testing jobs; and installing gas, water, and sanitary fixtures/equipment with their supports, hangers, and foundations.
Perform journey-level work up to 600 vac in the construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of secondary electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures, including conduit wire, electrical panels, breakers, switch gear, magnetic starters, disconnects, motors, light fixtures, ballasts, switches, and receptacles.
Correct and repair control system faults, adjust or replace temperature controls, regulators, humidity controllers, and sensors; repair or adjust pneumatic control valves and regulators; and perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment per manufacturer’s instructions.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair boilers, fan turbines, pumps, condensate receivers, steam lines, expansion joints, strainers, pressure reducing stations, piping, insulation, air compressors, water softeners, and other equipment for generating and controlling steam, requiring pipe fitting and other skills.
