This is a Full-Time position (80 hours per pay period) with an 8-hour DAY shift schedule working majority remote, 8am - 5pm on a regular basis. A few days per month may be onsite in San Diego. As a Manager of IS Enterprise Architecture, you will;
- Maintain the operations of the enterprise computing infrastructure for Scripps Health.
- Be responsible for execution of the strategic plan for computing infrastructure.
- Apply new and developing computing technologies relevant in a healthcare environment.
- Establish process and procedures for installations, configurations, and maintenance of infrastructure systems in support of business processing requirements.
- Manage 15-16 individuals across 6 different teams, some of which include networking, server infrastructure and storage.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years leadership experience or 5 years of leadership experience in lieu of degree.
- Key relevant experience highlights include: Creation and execution of strategic plans for highly complex issues; healthcare information services operations and support; experience standardizing complex and disparate processes; knowledge of the methodologies used for application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.
- Experience with interacting and communicating to all levels of an organization.
- Organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities are critical for success in this position.
Preferred:
- ITIL, COBIT certification.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
