Technical Writer (WalkMe)
Job Description
*Description:** This individual will be responsible for partnering with the internal stakeholders to support technical writing for the WalkMe function on multiple internal-facing and external-facing platforms.
* Create self-guided, customized, training modules with WalkMe, manage a support email for client onboarding, present the application to newly onboarded customer in a group video setting, other various responsibilities.
*Environment:*
* Highly production focused in producing content for WalkMe. This is an opportunity to work with a team that is shaping the way internal and external stakeholders learn. You will not have to be subjected to a flurry of team meetings constantly and will have the ability to work in flexible hours.
* There is a person over the governance side of the systems who was recently brought on board. This person will be production and execution based to support that individual. They will work on producing content for WalkMe on several different platforms for both external and internal stakeholders and then when the CS team rolls out the technology, they will support that team as well.
*Additional:*
Must have a Walkme Certification and recent experience technical writing for WalkMe
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Understanding of coding basics, such as running a Jquery
