In this role, you will lead, coach, and manage Sales Representatives within a specific geographical area. This is an opportunity to partner with top-tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. You will:

  • Lead, manage and develop the skillsets and overall performance of the sales representatives in your district
  • Develop and implement approved business plans to contribute to overall project success
  • Effectively identify and monitor multiple local market conditions and build strong customer relationships

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years' successful sales management experience
  • High level of proficiency in recruiting, selecting, training, developing, and motivating a diverse team of sales managers and representatives
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Desired Requirements:

  • Advanced course work in business or sales management
  • Experience working in the dental industry

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $147,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
