Job Description

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, EVALUATION AND ENROLLMENT, MIT Sloan Admissions, is responsible for supporting strategies and implementing initiatives to assess and enroll candidates applying to the Sloan Masters Programs (MBA, MFin, MBAn, MSMS, and Sloan Fellows MBA), including strategic planning, execution and outcome assessment; will develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as Sloan faculty and staff, alumni and vendors; be a member of the admissions committee, reading applications and interviewing, and participate and lead recruiting events.

REQUIRED: bachelor's degree; minimum of 1 year of admissions experience at MIT; knowledge of technology used to support these initiatives (e.g. SLATE); robust project management skills including leading projects, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and motivating project teams; have a continuous improvement mindset with initiative to seek out ways to perform duties with greater efficiency and accuracy and to cultivate a team that shares this mindset; exceptional presentation skills; self-directed and initiative-taking with an interest in learning and fostering innovation; and can manage ambiguity and navigate change. PREFERRED: minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; knowledge of MIT and MIT Sloan; experience with or knowledge of SLATE or of project management systems (e.g. Smartsheet). Job #24436-6

Salary range: $54,820 - $72,175 - $89,530, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity. New hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.

Must be able to work in person.
