POSITION SUMMARY:
Under minimal supervision, the Employment Coach Assistant Manager, Workforce Inclusion oversees product production in a lead position for both employees and individual workers with disabilities. Employees in this job class monitor product production, supervise employees, ensure the quality of work, and foster effective and ongoing relationships. This job class requires knowledge of workflow and scheduling, the ability to communicate effectively with others, and organizing and managing multiple projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors in Health & Human Services or related field
A comparable combination of formal education and work experience will be considered.
CERTIFICATES REQUIRED:
The following licenses or certificates may be required depending on local, state and/or contract requirements:
CPR/First Aid
Valid Driver's License
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed at a customer's location in an office/shop environment with limited privacy and some exposure to background noise and/or noise from equipment. Transport to locations near the work site may be required. Employees may also be exposed to extreme cold or heat. Employees may be required to work in excess of 8 hours in a day and/or 40 hours per week.
