Job Description
PHYSICIAN (FAMILY OR INTERNAL MEDICINE), MIT Health, to provide primary care to MIT Health patients within a team-based care model. Will assess patient health status through interview and physical exam and synthesize this clinical information to formulate health status and a diagnosis, develop a plan of care and treatment, implement the treatment plan, and evaluate follow-up strategies according to age-specific plans of care; and provide health education, supportive counseling, and clinical outreach to the MIT community in collaboration with other individuals or services at MIT Health and across the MIT community.

REQUIRED: MD or DO from an accredited medical school; completion of a family medicine or internal medicine residency program with an accredited U.S. institution; board certification or board eligibility in family medicine or internal medicine; current provider card in basic life support (BLS); and valid MA license, MA CSR, and federal DEA.
