Job Description
Queen's University, Belfast is seeking a visionary and motivated individual to join our esteemed institution as the Head of Global Marketing and Reputation. This pivotal senior management role will drive the strategic direction of the University's brand and marketing to enhance its reputation on the international stage.
They will lead the strategic development of our sector-leading global marketing and reputation strategy ensuring the successful delivery of student recruitment and internationalisation objectives aligned with institutional goals as defined by Strategy 2030.
They will manage and inspire a large high-performing marketing team, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
About the person:
They will have an Honours degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant business-related subject plus significant senior management experience in a large complex organisation with a proven track record as outlined below Or substantial relevant senior management experience in a large complex organisation with a proven track record as outlined below:
- The post-holder will be an experienced and astute marketing professional with extensive senior management experience within an education environment.
- A proven track record in the development and delivery of marketing strategies that deliver results on a global scale, combined with exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach are required. An experienced manager of creative marketing professionals and of managing significant budgets.
- Knowledge and expertise of the higher education sector and student recruitment landscape are further criteria that define this role.
