The Account Executive, Addressability position is a highly visible and strategically important role at PubMatic as we look to further grow uptake of our market leading data and identity platform, Connect. We are looking for an individual whose industry experience with Data companies has given them a keen understanding of how to leverage data assets for commercialization within programmatic environments, across multiple channels like display, mobile app and CTV.
PubMatic has over 100 data partners using our Connect platform today. The key focus of this role is to continue to drive market expansion by adding new customers to our roster. Connect is uniquely poised to help publishers, buyers and data companies maximize their data assets amidst industry changes to programmatic addressability to drive better campaign outcomes with alternative IDs, contextual signals, and curation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pitch to data companies, publishers with 1st party data, and curation partners across NTAM, moving them through the funnel from prospect to customer
- Work with PubMatic’s Ad Solutions team to understand which partners are of interest to buyers, ensuring we adhere to a strict ICP when qualifying
- Consult with PubMatic’s product and engineering team in delivering customer and prospective customer feedback to ensure the Connect product is evolving to the needs our their businesses
- Form deep relationships with our data partners, positioning PubMatic as their default option when it comes to media activation via deal ID
Desirable Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience in the audience segmentation, data sales or programmatic industries
- Experience of managing a sales pipeline, working prospects through the funnel and closing sales.
- Comfortable with benefit selling and articulating complex propositions in a simple manner.
- Solution oriented: able to shape the roadmap of features requested by clients and lead discussion in relationship with our Product Management and development teams
- Superb communicator and service-oriented leader
- Ability to present effectively to C-level executives and confidently navigate challenges
Base Compensation Range: $115,000 - $125,000
In accordance with applicable law, the above salary range provided is PubMatic’s reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units and a competitive benefits package.
