This is a strategic HR Operations role responsible for leading and executing HR strategies and processes. Exceptional relationship management, influencing leadership, problem solving, talent development and a continuous improvement mindset are key. This role drives excellence for HR processes and provides feedback to Center of Excellence (CoE) departments to identify and improve HR programs. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources, employee relations, and human resources policies, programs, and practices.


Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Manage / oversee Human Resources Projects and Process discipline across the division; accountable for full scope of project including recommendation on project team members/resource needed, developing and implementing detailed timelines with critical path and a risk analysis, creating presentations for each stage, change management plan to execution and presentation, and raising concerns/risks to appropriate stakeholders as appropriate to project, initiative, program or process. (Consolidate and prepare content for business cases, hot spot analysis, Division Business Review and Corporate Operations Reviews).
  • Manage operating cadence and streamline calibration of full Talent Management life cycle (Salary Planning, Performance & Goals, Career Development, Talent Reviews & Succession Plans).
  • Lead HR Workstream initiatives and communication for flow of information throughout Division specific and corporate initiatives.

HR Operational Excellence

  • Track and monitor HR team's goals, priorities and objectives.
  • Maintain and analyze reoccurring action item reporting (new hire survey/ check-ins, year-end and mid-year performance reviews, exit interviews, training and compliance, and process management).
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws (federal, state, and local) and regulations across the U.S.; identify gaps and inefficiencies, provide improvement recommendations, and implement required changes.
  • Lead employee relations activities and system data governance.
  • Concise data reporting and analysis, including a yearning for predictive analysis and AI solutions.
  • Practical application of data outputs - an example: production of the Division's annual Affirmative Action Plans and facilitation of required training.

Continuous Improvement

  • Proactively identify HR process improvement opportunities; drive and own the implementation of developed solutions.
  • With HRBP involvement, lead project research related to enhancing employee experience.
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Talent Acquisition, Finance, etc.) and external vendors to streamline and automate processes where possible
  • Identify KPI's and lead ongoing process improvement.
  • Prepare written and oral strategic communications.
  • Lead internal HR skill set training include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.

Center of Excellence (CoE) Liaison

  • Liaison to HR Service Center to establish optimal service model / expectations.
  • Leverage HR expertise across many functions (e.g., compensation, benefits, HRIS, learning & development, business partnership, employee relations), providing support as business priorities adjust - ensure support functions are responsive to HRBP / business needs.
  • Act as the point of contact for HRBP inquiries to record HRIS or Benefits system issues. Work with the responsible HR Leadership team members to coordinate issue resolution and communications to the greater HR team.
  • Serve as division interface for Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Workforce Planning and Analytics.
  • Align with other division HR Operations peers.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors' degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field or an equivalent combination of Associate's degree and seven (7)+ years of experience.
  • Minimum five (5)+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • Three (3)+ years of Human Resources experience working strategically with leadership teams as a Human Resources Business Partner.
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Preferred:

  • Eight (8)+_ years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • Masters' Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fully computer literate including Excel & PowerPoint at Intermediate level.
  • High degree of problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear, concise and persuasive written and oral presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, collaborate as an effective team member, and being proactive to resolve workplace issues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments with strong customer orientation.

Salary Range: $92,185 - 137,000 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
