About the role:

The Zego SDR team holds a strategic position at the top of the funnel for the entire company and is the talent pipeline that feeds our new logo, client-facing, and enterprise sales organizations.

This role will align SDR goals, strategy, and tactics to our go-to-market initiatives in the marketing organization. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and enablement groups to maximize outbound pipeline creation.

You'll be coming in to lead 7-10 Sales Development Representatives to create qualified opportunities using multi-channel approaches across our prospect and client database.

What you'll do here:

You'll be responsible for continuing to scale and lead our high-performing client-facing, prospect-facing, and enterprise Sales Development team.

  • Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives

  • Motivate a team to exceed objectives through regular coaching, feedback, and mentorship

  • Create multi-touch outbound campaigns targeting our ideal customer profile

  • Develop team strategies and manage SDR team day-to-day operations

  • Implement resources and dashboards to help SDRs maximize performance

  • Work cross-functionality with internal teams to maximize pipeline creation

About you:

You live and breathe pipeline creation and are role model for continuous professional development. You believe in and are driven to help your team get better and enable them with the right tools and resources to succeed. You are constantly thinking about the most efficient ways to do things.

  • 7+ years experience working in a Lead Development, Demand Generation, or Sales-related role

  • Minimum years managing a Sales Development team in the SaaS space

  • Proven success prospecting into Enterprise, Client, and New Logo accounts

  • Strategic leader who can help a team navigate complex engagements with ease

  • Highly analytical and data-driven decision maker

  • Tech-savvy with experience using Sales Engagement platforms (ex: Gong, Groove, SFDC)

  • Intellectually curious with a strong work ethic

  • Creative & resourceful approach to work

  • Skilled at building positive relationships across and within teams

The US base salary for this full-time position is $ $100,000 + commission + benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
