This position is responsible for designing, coordinating, facilitating and implementing training activities throughout the organization for clinical and non-clinical colleagues. A high level of collaboration will be required with leadership throughout the organization to ensure training needs and regulatory compliance requirements are being met. This position will research, design and implement effective methods to educate all colleagues.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: BS degree in Communications, Education or Healthcare related or the equivalent of education, training and experience. Master's degree preferred. Four years experience with program development, training and adult learning principles required. Two years experience leading a team is required. Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and working relationships with senior leaders, peers and customers. Work schedule is: full time traditional office hours, plus occasional evenings, nights, weekends to train and evaluate work practices. Office located in Cordova, TN and hospitals in the Memphis metro area. Salary range is: $78,500 to $98k/yr. , based on education and experience.
