This is a full time, benefited position generally working Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Hours may vary as needed, including some Saturdays and evening hours during flu season. Located at Scripps Clinic in Rancho Bernardo. This is an exempt and salaried position eligible for the Management Incentive Compensation Plan (MICP) at the Supervisor level.

What you'll do:
- Overseeing activities and functions of a department.
- Providing functional expertise to staff and leadership.
- Ensuring effective use of system resources.
- Participating in standards of practice and process improvement activities.
- Participating in hiring, oversees daily productivity, and creating staffing schedule.
- Ensuring policy and procedures are followed by staff.
Qualifications
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
- High school diploma plus three years current applicable experience in a healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of scheduling & billing systems.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, coordinate, train and evaluate staff.
- Knowledge of healthcare business and operational practices.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and other applicable systems.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
- Bachelor's Degree.

Minimum Rate (USD): 33.98 - Maximum Rate (USD): 50.40
