NC State Bookstore (Wolfpack Outfitters) is seeking energetic, detailed oriented candidates to work with our Gameday Operations Division.
Duties will include :
• Assist with preparation and execution of all Wolfpack Outfitter’s events assigned to the Gameday Department.
• Must be motivated individual, with the ability to work without supervision, think quickly to rectify obstacles that may occur, and identify tasks that need to be completed at any time.
• Assisting customers (Customer Service)
• Must have good communication and people skills are also important, for employee will be required to assist customers and work in a traditional retail setting at many events throughout the year.
• Other duties as assigned to ensure Gameday Operations business needs are met.
Campus Enterprises is NC State University’s division of retail and hospitality organizations — NC State Dining, NC State Stores, Lonnie Poole Golf Course, NC State Student Centers (Witherspoon and Talley), and the One Card Office. Each department is dedicated to providing service excellence, value and enrichment of the student experience in support of academic success.
This is an hourly position with a 10-11 month assignment. There is a mandatory 32-day break at the end of 11 months. Excellent performance during this time may provide an opportunity to renew employment and/or advance.

Minimum Experience/Education
• Customer Service background in retail environment

• Valid NC Driver license a plus
• Must be able to withstand long hours in sometimes inclement weather
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and peers.
• Provide outstanding customer service, including the ability to remain professional and respectful under pressure when dealing with difficult situations.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Valid NC Driver license a plus
