About the Role:
This position will be responsible for leading the Long-Term Care (LTC) strategy for INGREZZA in both Tardive Dyskinesia (TD) and Huntington's Disease Chorea (HDC).This position requires a highly motivated individual with deep LTC experience in both Sales and Marketing and a strong understanding of the market access landscape and will be responsible for development, implementation, and execution of LTC marketing strategies to support Neurocrine's objectives and growth plan in TD and HDC based on market knowledge, customer insights, and brand strategy. They will also be responsible ensuring strong cross-functional alignment in the flawless execution of strategy and promotional tactics working in close collaboration with partners, especially Sales, Sales Training, Market Research, Regulatory, Legal, Medical Affairs, Regional Marketing, Managed Markets, other members of the brand team, and agencies to deliver complex deliverables. Deliverables to include but not limited to LTC brand plan, POA development, brand communications, cohesive messaging and content while also tailoring content for specific LTC audiences, etc. This individual will also be responsible for additional projects across the brand as assigned.
This individual will have brand leadership experience, have deep LTC marketing experience and brand launch experience. They understand and prioritize the nuances and the importance of connecting LTC and Brand strategies. They will be a strong leader, collaborator and value cross-functional leadership and consensus decision making. They adopt a can-do, leadership mindset, creating organizational energy and excitement about the brand, and galvanizing cross-functional teams to buy in to the brand mission.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):Serves as a subject matter expert for the product, market, and treatment landscape in LTC
Work cross-functionally to lead the development of the Annual LTC Brand Plan and budgeting process
Partner with the Field Sales, Market Access, Market Insights, Patient Services, Patient Marketing and Medical affairs to develop a prioritized customer segmentation, and align marketing messages, tactics, and resources against LTC business
Monitor products, marketplace, and competitor trends and issues to anticipate/identify threats and opportunities. Make recommendations and develop tactics to respond to threats and opportunities
Serves as marketing representative on promotional review committee for all LTC materials. Ensures timely and efficient review of promotional materials and complies fully with all legal, regulatory, ethical and company guidelines
Lead strategy for national LTC society interactions and congress meetings; support sales force and RMM's in the execution of local/regional LTC society and educational events
Collaborates with Sales Training to ensure LTC brand strategy and materials are pulled through
Strong leadership attributes to generate commitment and constructively resolve issues
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, consensus style environment; must operate cross-functionally in pursuit of business goals
Collaborate with multiple agencies, including creative, AOR, media, digital, P2P; accountable for project timelines and budgets; participate in monthly budget forecasting meetings. Ensures budget aligns with planned annual spend
Deep experience in leading the successful development and creation of LTC marketing content that simply and concisely communicates complex, scientifically nuanced concepts through PRC process; oversees the pull through across multiple tactical modalities
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with key cross-functional partners, including PRC, Legal, Compliance, Patient marketing, Patient services, Market Access, Market Insights, Medical Affairs, Field, and others, as appropriate
Supports All POA, regional sales meeting planning and execution
Supports other ad hoc projects that will arise with evolving brand needs and changing market dynamics
Able to prioritize and manage complex and innovative projects and establish vision and direction within a fast paced, and competitive commercial environment
Strong personal drive, highly collaborative, perceptive, a problem solver and exhibit strategic insight and innovative agility
Possess excellent communication skills that lead to proactive, clear internal and cross-collaboration communication

At all times, ensures compliance with all corporate polices, regulations and laws

BS/BA degree in scientific or business discipline and 12+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years of strong marketing and/or sales experience in a pharmaceutical market. Experience managing outside agencies (creative & media), design firms, and internal teams to execute brand and strategic marketing direction. In-line brand marketing experience, including commercial launch OR
Master's or MBA degree preferred and 10+ years of related experience OR
PhD and 7+ years of related experience
Marketing acumen with demonstrable depth of knowledge disease, scientific leader engagement, marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning, and tactical plan development
Exhibits passion and empathy to build meaningful experiences with HCPs by understanding their needs and desires
Expertise in digital marketing
Experience in collaboration across HCP and Patient and Medical marketing
Experience executing advisory boards and competitive intelligence
Aptitude for building positive working relationships
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and vendors
Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel,
Demonstrated strength in analytics to translate data into insights and indicated actions
Creative and innovative, while also possessing analytical problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to coordinate, prioritize and handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail
Comfortable designing relevant campaign KPIs and closely monitoring performance and then adjusting with fearlessness

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $188,400.00-$272,775.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 35% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
