Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline.
• Identify and lead new significant client pursuits in Southern California.
• Originate $1M+ in sales revenue annually.
• Management of key accounts (>$350K/year potential) to grow those accounts by 20%+ annually.
• Maintain an industry presence through speaking and publishing.
• Assist with recruiting, growing the team and mentoring staff.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and senior leaders to deliver clients high-quality, timely, and value-added environmental services.
• Interface with clients at a technical level, leveraging strong communication skills to address concerns, provide updates, and offer expert advice.
• Develop cost estimates and proposals for environmental projects, considering factors such as materials, labor, equipment, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage assigned tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in engineering, environmental studies, or a related field.
• 15+ years experience in stormwater management
