Job Description
Leadership & Strategy:
· Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.
· Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
· Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, and expansion of
Programs/initiatives to maximize impact.
Fundraising & Resource Development:
· Spearhead fundraising efforts, cultivate donor relationships, and diversify funding streams to ensure financial sustainability.
· Apply for grants, donor stewardship, and fundraising events to meet revenue targets.
Operational Management:
· Provide effective operational oversight, ensuring efficient use of resources, budget management, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
· Develop and implement policies and procedures, and systems to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Community Engagement & Advocacy:
· Act as the primary spokesperson, representing the organization to stakeholders, partners, media, and the community.
· Advocate for the organization’s mission, engaging with policymakers, and influencing public opinion to advance relevant causes.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience 5+ years in a leadership role within the non-profit sector or relevant field.
· Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive organizational growth and impact.
· Demonstrated success in fundraising, donor relations, and financial management.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and inspire various stakeholders.
· Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in a related field preferred.
· Qualified individual reports to the Board of Directors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
