BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Management or related field required. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum Work Experience:
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Serves as an internal consultant and institutional resource on Organization Development, Talent Management and Leadership Development including: team building, conflict resolution, change management, workforce development, leadership and other general organizational issues. Designs and delivers programs addressing the current and future state of ETCH’s culture. Key measures being increase in retention and employee engagement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Management or related field required. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in adult education or organizational development required
- Emphasis on experience with onboarding, employee experience and leadership development in a health care work place is desirable
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate methods of delivery of information and the ability to develop and facilitate relevant and effective education, information, etc. for adult learners.
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to translate initiatives to organizational outcomes – retention, performance, workforce development
- Knowledge and experience with LMSs and regulatory compliance modules
- Other important skills include mentoring and fostering empowerment.
- Knowledge and experience with diversity and inclusion at an organizational level
- Demonstrated knowledge and abilities with social media platforms and intranets
- Ability to function with little supervision in leading and managing strategic projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
