Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in San Diego, CA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Writes and edits technical process documents for the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring adherence to documented templates, policies, and contractual requirements.
  • Documents and tracks releases and updates to business processes, procedures, forms, and technical documentation.
  • Verifies the accuracy of the content and incorporates all changes.
  • Works independently under regular guidance on non-routine tasks needing judgment and initiative.
  • Write and edit process and procedural documentation for a variety of functions.
  • Edit technical documentation originated by engineering.
  • Coordinate with various functional personnel to develop technical processes and procedural content.
  • Review and approve provided documentation releases and updates.
  • Process approval workflows in Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the lead.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $40/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week (1st Shift).

Length: Temp to Direct (12 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in English.
  • Excellence in professional/technical writing, editing, and researching, specifically process documents or equivalent.
  • Able to efficiently work on multiple projects at once to meet deadlines.
  • Able to complete tasks autonomously with minimal direction.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
