The heart of GRACE, a non-profit organization located in Grapevine, Texas, is to show compassion for those less fortunate by providing assistance to individuals and families in need. GRACE is seeking to hire an experienced individual to serve as the Chief Program Officer. The Chief Program Officer is a key executive leader, who is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of all client-related programs within the organization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leads and oversee the development and implementation of all program strategies and initiatives;
  • Provides guidance and direction to program managers and staff to ensure successful execution of programs;
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to align program goals with overall organizational objectives;
  • Monitor and analyze program performance metrics and report on progress to the executive team;
  • Cultivates and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, funders, and community partners;
  • Works alongside the CEO and CDO to strategize agency wide planning and assessments;
  • Understands GRACE’s mission, programs, and needs;
  • Develops new programs to meet the needs of unserved or underserved clients;
  • Oversees the design, development, and impact of GRACE programs;
  • Coordinates with United Way and other funding entities requiring program reports;
  • Initiates and/or evaluates program recommendations and proposes appropriate additions or changes to the Chief Executive Officer and the Program Committee;
  • Other duties as assigned by the CEO;

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Master’s Degree (i.e. MA, MBA, MSW) or similar field; four to ten years related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.;
  • Social Work License is a plus;
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!

Salary commensurate on experience.
